Terms of Service

Effective and last updated August 30, 2026

These Terms govern access to the SCIOS website, application, services, and optional integrations provided by Willis Hartin (collectively, “SCIOS”). By using SCIOS, you agree to these Terms. If you use SCIOS for an organization, you represent that you have authority to bind it.

1. The service

SCIOS provides paid services and subscription software for orchestrating, monitoring, and governing digital workflows. Features may include research, decision support, service controls, content workflows, command interfaces, audit records, and connections to third-party providers. Features described in a preview, roadmap, or demonstration may be simulated, experimental, or unavailable in a particular offering.

2. Eligibility and access

You must be legally able to enter this agreement and, if required in your jurisdiction, at least 18 years old. Access may require an authorized deployment, account, dashboard key, or third-party credentials. You are responsible for safeguarding access credentials, limiting permissions, maintaining accurate configuration, and promptly reporting suspected unauthorized access.

3. License and authorized use

Subject to these Terms and any separate written agreement, we grant you a limited, revocable, non-exclusive, non-transferable right to access and use SCIOS services made available to you. You may not copy, resell, sublicense, reverse engineer except where applicable law prohibits that restriction, bypass access controls, misrepresent system output, or use SCIOS to violate another person's rights or applicable law.

A lawful AutoBuild 5.1 purchaser receives a perpetual, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to install and use AutoBuild 5.1 for the purchaser's own personal or internal business projects. AutoBuild 5.2, 5.3, 5.4, and bug-fix releases are included at no additional charge. A separately sold future major product version is not included unless the offer explicitly states otherwise. AutoBuild is not a subscription.

4. Automated operations and operator responsibility

SCIOS can generate analysis, recommendations, content, commands, and automated actions. Outputs may be incomplete, inaccurate, or unsuitable for a particular purpose. Forecasts, scores, simulated data, and generated content are not guarantees of revenue, performance, safety, legality, or acceptance by a third party.

You are responsible for reviewing material decisions and outputs, defining appropriate approval boundaries, verifying evidence, supervising deployments, and obtaining professional advice when needed. Do not rely on SCIOS as a substitute for legal, financial, medical, security, or other licensed professional judgment.

5. Third-party services and YouTube

Optional integrations are governed by the provider's own terms, policies, quotas, and availability. We do not control and are not responsible for a third-party service. An authorized operator permits SCIOS to transmit the content and information needed to perform configured actions.

SCIOS uses the YouTube Data API to upload SCIOS-owned commercials about SCIOS, available SCIOS services, and available SCIOS ventures to the owner-authorized channel. It requests the limited youtube.upload OAuth scope. Customers do not create, direct, control, or upload these commercials, and YouTube upload is not a customer service, add-on, or dashboard capability. Use is subject to the YouTube Terms of Service, the Google Privacy Policy, and applicable YouTube API Services Terms. The authorizing owner can revoke access at Google Account third-party connections. Our handling of Google user data is described in the Privacy Policy.

6. Your content and permissions

You retain rights you hold in content, prompts, files, data, and instructions you submit (“Your Content”). You grant us and the configured service providers a limited permission to host, process, reproduce, transmit, and modify Your Content only as needed to provide, secure, and support the requested functions. You represent that you have all rights and permissions needed for Your Content and its intended use, including music, images, likenesses, trademarks, personal information, and channel publishing rights.

7. Acceptable use

You may not use SCIOS to facilitate unlawful, fraudulent, deceptive, abusive, infringing, unsafe, or unauthorized activity; distribute malware or spam; interfere with systems or usage limits; gain unauthorized access; evade platform rules; impersonate others; manipulate engagement; or publish content you lack the right to use. You must comply with applicable advertising, consumer protection, intellectual property, privacy, export, and platform rules.

8. Services, licenses, subscriptions, billing, and changes

Customer-facing offerings may be one-time product licenses, paid services, or subscriptions. The applicable price, currency, recurring interval or one-time charge, included usage, included updates, renewal terms, and cancellation conditions will be displayed in the offer or Stripe-hosted checkout before purchase. There are no free customer offerings.

Stripe processes payment details; SCIOS does not receive complete card numbers. By confirming a recurring purchase, you authorize the displayed charge on the stated interval until cancellation. Unless an offer states otherwise, you may request cancellation before the next renewal by contacting us. Cancellation stops future renewal and does not retroactively refund a completed billing period, except where required by law or expressly stated in the offer.

We may modify, suspend, or discontinue features when necessary for safety, security, provider changes, or legal compliance. A material paid-plan change will be communicated before it applies to a later renewal where required.

9. Suspension and termination

You may stop using SCIOS at any time and may disconnect optional integrations. We may restrict or terminate access if you materially breach these Terms, create security or legal risk, fail to pay agreed charges, or if the service is discontinued. Provisions that by their nature should survive—such as ownership, disclaimers, and liability limits—continue after termination.

10. Disclaimers

To the fullest extent permitted by law, SCIOS is provided “as is” and “as available.” We disclaim implied warranties, including merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, non-infringement, uninterrupted availability, and accuracy. We do not warrant that SCIOS or a third-party integration will be error-free, secure against every threat, or produce a particular operational, commercial, or platform outcome. Some jurisdictions do not allow certain disclaimers, so some of these terms may not apply to you.

11. Limitation of liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, SCIOS and its operator will not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, exemplary, or punitive damages, or for lost profits, revenue, data, goodwill, opportunities, or business interruption arising from the service. Our aggregate liability for claims relating to SCIOS will not exceed the amount you paid us for the service during the six months before the event giving rise to the claim, or US $100 if you paid nothing. Applicable law may provide rights that cannot be limited.

12. Changes and general terms

We may update these Terms. The date at the top identifies the current version, and material changes will be presented through an appropriate public or in-application notice. If a provision is unenforceable, the remaining provisions remain effective. A failure to enforce a provision is not a waiver. These Terms, the Privacy Policy, and any separate written order form the agreement for the service they cover.

13. Contact

Questions about these Terms may be sent to support@scios.site.
